I found L’oreal HiP Pure Pigment Shadow Sticks on clearance in my local drugstore for $2.00 a piece. I often times look for extreme markdowns in the cosmetics section, and since I know how rich and pigmented all the L’oreal HiP products are, I grabbed three of these. Since I don’t see this product on the L’oreal website, I am guessing these are discontinued in the United States, hence the reason they were on clearance. If you missed my post on Sunday showcasing L’oreal Infallible Lipcolour “The Stars Collection” in Beyonce Red, it is a must-see. The L’oreal Infallible lipsticks and lipcolours are fantastic, and do not budge off your lips until you want them to. I picked up another shade, but in lipstick form, and it also happens to be a new one, called “Orchid.” I was drawn to the color since it is a neutral pink-mauve shade, and will go well with a lot of looks. There is something about gutsy red lips…the bombshell sex appeal, the confidence you have when you wear it out, and it never fails to look timeless and sensual. After seeing Beyonce wearing her new L’oreal Infallible Lipcolour in an advertisement, I thought I would go ahead and give it a try. I typically live my fashion and beauty life with a “no rules” motto, and I adore bold red lips. How in the world I never tried L’oreal Infallible Lipcolour before is beyond me, because let me tell you, I am now obsessed. L’oreal released a Summer 2010 Collection called Passport to Paradise, which includes these three gorgeous nail polish shades. If you are a nail polish enthusiast, then you may be thinking that this collection looks very similar to Essie’s Summer 2009 collection, “North Fork.” Well, it turns out that L’oreal has acquired the Essie brand, and therefore, it is no coincidence. L’oreal has released a new line of cleansers called Go 360 Clean which include a built-in scrublet to deep cleanse and exfoliate skin. This product has the potential to be an extremely inexpensive alternative to a Clarisonic if you can not afford one.
