There are many cosmetics brands being sold at Target stores nationwide now, including all the usual major cosmetic brands, and some exclusive brands such as Sonia Kashuk. Pixi Cosmetics, founded by makeup artist Petra Strand, was founded in Soho, London, where there continues to be Pixi boutiques today. I have a confession to make. Sometimes, I go into Target just to peruse the Sonia Kashuk Cosmetics section.
