Green is one fantastic shade for eye makeup. Why? It looks lovely on all eye colors, and really livens up your complexion and your smile. For this look, I used my favorite NYX Trio and added a pop of electric green eyeliner to my upper lash line, and half of my lower lash line. Want to try this look yourself?

For my electric green eyeliner, I used CARGO Swimmables Eye Pencil in Electric Green.

First, apply the lightest green (“Spring Leaf”) from the NYX Trio, to the inner corners of your eyes. Apply upwards and sweep out towards the crease.
Second, apply the middle green (“Lime Green”) from the NYX Trio, to the entire eyelid, just to the crease.
Third, lightly pat down the darkest green (“Green Tea”) from the NYX Trio, to the outer third of your lid. Use whatever is left over on your brush to pat into the crease slightly. Use a blending brush to blend this darker shade well.
Fourth, apply a bright green eyeliner to your upper lash line, and on your lower lash, stopping halfway on your lower lash line. Lightly smudge your lower lash line with a clean finger so the line isn’t as sharp. I used CARGO Swimmables Eye Pencil in Electric Green, but you can use any vivid green eye pencil you own.
Last, curl your lashes and apply your favorite mascara to your upper lashes, and very lightly onto your lower lashes, being careful not to get any lumps onto the bright green liner. I used Maybelline “The Falsies” Mascara.
Viola! Sweet Midori Eyes. Let the world see green.
For my lips, I used a beige-peach gloss, my Dior DiorAddict Ultra-Gloss Pearl in “Twin Set Pink.”
For my cheeks, I used a neutral bronze-brown, MAC “Sunbasque,” which I love to use with green eye makeup looks.
