Valentine’s Day Makeup Look/Tutorial featuring PÜR Cosmetics Eye Polish

Happy Valentine’s Day! In honor of the day celebrating love, I’ve put together a makeup tutorial for you using the PÜR Cosmetics Eye Polish eyeshadow. I am only using 2 eyeshadow shades total for this entire look, making it simple and easy to achieve. The look is sultry and smoky with a dash of sweet, thanks to the shimmering purple eyelids. Also, these PÜR Cosmetics Eye Polish eyeshadows are worth reading about. They are incredibly unique in formula and look beautiful on everyone!

For this eye makeup look, I used: PÜR Cosmetics Eye Polish in Velvet and Suede. I am also using the new PÜR Cosmetics Fully Charged Magnetic Mascara.

The PÜR Cosmetics Fully Charged Magnetic Mascara is very impressive. I am normally very picky about my mascara formula and brush wand, but this one lengthened my lashes like crazy. It made them look full and dark. I did add false lashes to intensify this specific look, but I definitely will be using this mascara on a daily basis now. It gives my lashes a gorgeous look, when they are normally quite blonde and short.

Here are the 2 PÜR Cosmetics Eye Polish shades I used.

Suede is a chocolate brown with shimmering gold on it. Velvet is a shimmering violet purple with loads of flash to it.

PÜR Cosmetics Eye Polish has a very unique but cool texture. It’s technically a liquid eye primer and eyeshadow in one, so it has a liquid texture initially. It dries down very quickly to a long lasting powder finish. It doesn’t dry immediately, so you have about 30 seconds or so to work with the formula. It comes with a silicone applicator which does not absorb product. I kept these applicators and used them for this eye look. You get an intense eye finish without your brush absorbing the product. Once I applied it with the silicone applicator, I used my regular brush to spread it out and blend it well. It dried down to a gorgeous, budge-proof finish.

I applied Suede into the crease of my eyes with the silicone applicator included with the product. While it was still wet, I used a blending brush to blend it out and upward. I did the exact same thing with Velvet but along the lower lash-line and eyelid only.

To spice it up, I added black eyeliner to my lower water-line and false lashes. I love the idea of smoking the look out and making it more dramatic, especially for Valentine’s Day.

The sparkle and the shades are breathtaking together. Blending the product out really brings out the various base shades in the eyeshadow, so you get this stunning array of complementary shades together.
