Confession time: I’m a shower product junkie. To me, there’s nothing greater than having a variety of bath products stocked in your shower so that when you hop in, you can pick and choose what you want to use each time. Body washes, in particular, are a mainstay in my shower, and I love switching up scents depending on my mood that day or even the current season.
Using Suave® Essentials Body Wash, I can actually afford to keep my shower shelves stocked with various scents. Some days I want a more relaxing, casual scent, and other days I want something more uplifting. With summer now right around the corner, I am going to show you 2 gorgeous new scents from Suave® Essentials that I am loving to scrub-a-dub-dub with!
Amethyst Sunset is filled with purple jasmine, jeweled apricot, ruby red grapefruit and sweet linden flower. Besides the fact that I’m a purple-lover and very attracted to this bottle and name, it smells delectable. This is a feminine scent with fruity and floral elements to it. It’s something I would use before a date or a night out.
Cucumber Agave Smash is a refreshing elixir of crisp cucumber and sweet agave with a touch of dewy rose. I have been a sucker for cucumber body wash scents since I was a teenager. There is something very fresh, clean, and stimulating about cucumber. It has a very light, airy smell with just a hint of sweetness to it, making it perfect for daily use. I can tell you that this one is a personal favorite of mine and I love coming home from the gym and using this one!
Ironically, there was a “sniff test” done of Suave® Essentials Body Wash, and the following scents were compared to and WON over Bath & Body Works scents that were similar:
- Suave® Essentials Wild Cherry Blossom Body Wash fragrance is preferred over Bath & Body Works Cherry Blossom.
- Suave® Essentials Ocean Breeze Body Wash fragrance is preferred over Bath & Body Works Juniper Breeze.
- Suave® Essentials Creamy Cocoa Butter & Shea Body Wash fragrance is preferred over Bath & Body Works Warm Vanilla Sugar
I’m personally all about saving money where possible, and since I’m a huge product junkie, the more affordable, the better. Why pay more for something that not only smells similar, but even better than the costlier version? You can take a look at the “sniff test” comparison yourself below!
