Garnier Nutritioniste Skin Renew Anti-Puff Eye Roller
Skin Renew anti-puff eye roller gently stimulates circulation around the skin’s delicate eye area to decongest excess fluid for diminished dark circles and puffiness. It uses a unique-combination of nutrients and a cooling, roll-on applicator to stimulate this circulation. It’s ideal for a hygienic application in the sensitive eye area and convenient for use on-the-go.
As someone who is plagued by puffiness around the under eye area, I was extremely curious about whether or not this product actually worked. It is a drugstore find, and therefore I figured I would take a chance, especially since I had been hearing great things about caffeine reducing the appearance of puffiness around the eye area.
The roll tip applicator certainly has a cooling effect on the under eye area, as the material looks like a metal roller ball. Between the roller ball, and the ingredients in the product, the formula feels extremely refreshing to sleepy, tired eyes.
This product is meant to be used in delicate sweeping motions on the under eye. Simply sweep lightly from left to right, and back again, and the product will automatically dispense onto the under eye area. Once you let this product dry, you will notice within five minutes that you under eye area does feel and look a bit less puffy. I don’t personally feel this product diminished any dark circles or shadows under my eye, but I definitely noticed a decrease in how puffy my eyes looked from lack of sleep.
This product also feels extremely moisturizing to the under eye area, and is great for fine lines or dry areas underneath the eye. My under eye area felt smooth, hydrated, and looked better when applying concealer to that area.
Bottom line: If you are someone who battles puffiness from lack of sleep, or just puffiness in general, this product will refresh, cool, and moisturize your under eye area for reduced appearance of bags. At a drugstore price and convenience, this product feels refreshing enough for me, that I use it almost every day, to help my face appear more awake and refreshed before applying makeup.
