It’s fun, flirty, and bold without being too over the top!

• Funky Purple Pop can be achieved by lining the entire lower lash line with the “Funky Purple” CARGO Swimmables eye pencil. Brightly colored eyeliner on your lower lash line, with otherwise bare eyes is daring, edgy, and extremely trendy right now. This is a look that is sure to get you noticed, especially with the CARGO Swimmables eye pencils being so pigmented and gorgeous. This look would be perfect for a concert, a party, or even if you’re feeling brazen during the day!
