There are many cosmetics brands being sold at Target stores nationwide now, including all the usual major cosmetic brands, and some exclusive brands such as Sonia Kashuk. Pixi Cosmetics, founded by makeup artist Petra Strand, was founded in Soho, London, where there continues to be Pixi boutiques today. As someone who has always been curious about this brand, but not sure about the quality of the products, I decided to pick up a Pixi Eye Beauty Kit, in “Blue Energy” because it was on clearance.
