Perfect Formula Nail Lacquer was started by Shari Gottesman, who just happens to have helped to create some of the beauty industry’s most well known nail color collections. The brand is known for it’s “suit of armor” strengthening formula, formulated with keratin and calcium, offering immediate strength and thickness to the nail.
