Illamasqua Pure Pigment in “Static” has got to be one of the most gorgeous pigments I’ve ever seen. I have been obsessed with owning this pigment for a long time, and finally made it mine. The duo-chrome effect is very unique and changes from a white pearl to a bright sparkling purple. You can wear it alone, or use it on top of other eyeshadow for an extra special touch.
