I was beyond excited to finally spot the Wet n Wild Where’s The Party? Collection in the store. Their holiday collection is quite the stunner and the eyeshadow shades are so pigmented and beautiful. I used Sparkle ‘Til Morning for this neutral, copper look. This is a look you can wear for pretty much any occasion because while it’s smokey, it also contains neutral, sophisticated shades. The copper shade that is used across the eyelid is the real focal point of this look! I fell in love with it when I applied it to my eyelid, especially when the light hits it just right and it gleams. Inside I’ve got a tutorial for achieving this exact look.
- Apply Shade 1 over the inner half of your eyelid using a patting motion so the color is intense. Then, apply Shade 2 over the outer half of your eyelid, blending your two eyelid shades together. We want the eyelid to have copper sparkle that fades into a stronger copper-red shade. Be sure to stop both these shades at your socket.
- Apply Shade 3 into the socket of your eye, blending slightly upward. We don’t want the crease color to be the main focus here, so keep it quite soft and blended.
- Apply Shade 4 into the outer corner of your eyelid only. Blend this slightly up and outward with a fluffy blending brush. This will create depth and dimension and add a hint of smokiness.
- Apply Shade 5 to your brow-bone and into the inner corners of your eyes.
- Go back and apply Shade 1 along your lower lash-line. Apply black eyeliner to your lower waterline. Curl your lashes and add mascara.
The final result is smokey, warm, and fiery but still sophisticated and neutral. This would be a gorgeous look for the holiday’s coming up, and you can pair it with a variety of lip colors, as well. This combination is one of my favorite looks to do if I am going out on a weekend night! Of course, it helps that the Wet n Wild “Sparkle ‘Til Morning” Palette is pigmented, soft, and easily blendable.
