The big 3-0 is coming in just about a month for me, so I try my best to take care of my skin and keep it youthful looking. One of the most important aspects of maintaining youthful looks is your skin. I moisturize every single day and like brushing my teeth, it’s something that I just don’t skip. I love this Olay Regenerist Micro Sculpting Cream for moisturizing my face daily. The package said that you can see visible wrinkle results from the very first day, so I was excited to try it out.
What I love about this moisturizer is that it’s fragrance-free and doesn’t irritate my skin at all. It actually feels like my skin is “drinking” the product in and I did notice results the next day when I woke up. My skin looked brighter, fresher, and overall, more healthy. I love the results I’ve been getting with this moisturizer so far, so it is a must-have for staying forever young.
How I Stay Forever Young:
- Just like moisturizer to your skin, your body needs H20! Stay hydrated always. Your skin and your body needs plenty of water to function.
- Eat colorful! I like to eat fruits and vegetables, and the more colors I can eat in a day, the better. Eating healthy can really make you glow from the inside out.
- Get plenty of sleep. In today’s world, it can be hard to get enough rest, but your body needs that time to rejuvenate. Sleeping enough will really keep you looking and feeling forever young.
It’s always a wonderful compliment when people have no idea that I am approaching thirty years old. Forever young!
