Wet n Wild has done it again! They continue to impress with their eyeshadow palettes, and the Wet n Wild Color Icon Eyeshadow Palette Collection is no exception. Blue Had Me At Hello is a collection of eight various eyeshadows to create a blue makeup look. Each eyeshadow is velvety soft and extremely pigmented. I cannot sing enough praises of these palettes…especially since they all cost under $5. To see photographs and swatches,
Left Side:
- Light shimmering champagne
- Light metallic silver
- Sparkling midnight navy
- Matte black
Right Side:
- Light sky blue
- Shimmering sea aqua-green
- Shimmering medium blue
- Glittery black
Left side of the palette
The left side of the palette is pretty, but isn’t overly special. The colors are great for creating a smokey eye, and the metallic silver (upper right) really stands out with its pigmentation. The midnight blue (lower left) is also a nice shade, as it has a noticeable navy reflect in it.
Right side of the palette
The right side of the palette is a grand slam out of the ballpark. Each shade is extremely pigmented, soft, and applies like a dream. The shades themselves are stunning! These shades are as beautiful as (if not more) than the high-end blue eyeshadows I own. If you are a fan of blue eyeshadow, you are going to need this palette.
