Duchess is a nude-pink shade that is ideal for everyday wear and wear with dramatic makeup, such as green and blue eyeshadow or a smokey eye. It’s super pigmented and opaque, as all of these lipsticks are, but since this one is a paler color, you definitely have some more settling into the lines of your lips.

 

 

Seductress is one of my personal favorites and is a gorgeous berry pink shade. This is one of those shades that will look good on anyone and everyone. It’s incredibly flattering and daytime appropriate as well, so you can rock it to the office.

 

 

Vixen is a cool-toned, blue-based hot pink. It has some tones of violet in there as well but mostly reads as a super fiery pink shade. This will make your teeth look whiter and brighter because of the blue tones in it. I love a shade like this with some cat-winged eyeliner!

 

 

CEO is a mauve-brown nude shade that is a bit darker than my real lip color. I think this is a great matte nude shade for a variety of skin tones. It will read slightly more brown or more nude depending on your skin tone. This is also a great “Kylie Jenner” inspired lipstick shade that has everyone buzzing right now.

 

 

Free Spirit is a lavender violet shade that is super pigmented. This is actually a very wearable purple lipstick shade, even if you’re incredibly intimidated by purple lip color. It’s bright, but not too bright, and it’s purple, but it has hints of lavender in it that make it look a bit pastel.

 

 

 

Overall, you can’t go wrong with this set. All 5 shades are a joy to work with! Considering each of these lipsticks typically retails for $16.00USD, it’s also a great beauty bargain and a way to try a variety of LORAC’s best selling shades.
