Many women ask me often, “How do you define what a beauty junkie is?” Often times, we will share a laugh when I describe a beauty junkie as someone who will eat ramen noodles for a week in order to buy the latest Dior lipstick. As a beauty junkie, I am fascinated by makeup brands and products not only from my own region and country, but from around the world. If I could dip my hand into a basket of beauty products from various continents and countries, I would be ecstatic. Marcelle® actually originated in Chicago in 1933, but it’s been a Canadian brand since the early 1970′s. When I was given the opportunity to try out these lip glosses, I was extremely excited to try a Canadian brand, not only to try something different, but also to provide something different to Beauty Gala readers.
