Part of my job is trying all kinds of new beauty products constantly, even if they sound a little scary. Ardell just launched magnetic eyelashes, which sounds both innovative and terrifying at first. I ended up with the Accent Magnetic Lashes, which essentially go on the outer corners of your eyes for a little va-va-voom. I tried them for the first time today for this look and added in some stunning metallics from the new Tarte Foil Finger Paint Shadow Palette. I filmed the full tutorial, as well, and that video will go live on my YouTube channel, and I will embed it into a new post.
I used my Morphe x Jaclyn Hill Palette for the matte browns in the crease, but any matte brown shades you own will work. I just made sure the darker browns were toward the outer corners of the eye. The innovative part about the Tarte Foil Finger Paint Palette is that every eyeshadow is designed to be applied with your fingertips! I dipped my finger directly into the gorgeous metallic burgundy shade and patted it all over my eyelid. The pigmentation is stunning. I finished it all off with my Ardell Accent Magnetic Lashes. They were scary at first because I was worried about pinching my eyelid or getting them straight into my eyeballs, but a few practice tries and I got them on. I definitely will be showing you them in the video tutorial I did.
I am loving the Fenty Beauty Mattemoiselle Lipsticks. They are so lightweight and comfortable. I’m wearing “S1ngle.”
I applied Iconic London Illuminator in Original onto my cheekbones. It comes in liquid form with a dropper applicator and it will make your skinĀ glow.
