The L’oreal Paris Miss Candy Collection is a brand new, limited edition set for summer. The Infallible Eyeshadows in this collection are beyond gorgeous, and I was not expecting to like them as much as I did. In the packaging they look pretty, but once you open them up and dig into the product, the shades are very complex and have a duo-chrome effect to them. These are the ideal brights for summertime, and they are so pigmented and soft. Take a look inside, and try not to blame me too much when you want all of them!

The L’oreal Paris Infallible Eyeshadows are packed eyeshadow shades, meaning you open up the cap and they are pressed pigments. The texture is so incredibly soft when you dip your finger or a brush into them, and they instantly put down intense, saturated pigment. I love these so much.

 

 

 

 

 

Strawberry Blonde is a light pink-lavender duo-chrome. LOVE! This shade is so stunning when you apply it because it can look lavender-pink one second and pearly white the next. The duo-chrome effect is really strong, and it’s a really pigmented shade. Gorgeous for imparting a glow to your eyes and face.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Cherie Merie is a bright orange-coral shade. This is actually the only shade out of the four that doesn’t have a duo-chrome type effect to it, but it’s still stunning. This is a great option especially for those of you with blue eyes because it’s opposite blue on the color wheel, making your eyes stand out like crazy. Again, the pigmentation was lovely, and the texture was soft and smooth. I can even see this shade being used as a pretty blush!

 

 

 

 

 

 

Dive Right In is a bright sea-blue shade that is very metallic and has a duo-chrome effect to it. This one has a really bright flash effect to it when it hits the light, and it’s very “sea-inspired.” It reminds me of a crystal clear pool on a really hot and sunny day, when the reflection bounces off of everything. Gorgeous!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

With A Twist is my personal favorite, of course, because it’s a violet-purple duo-chrome that flashes blue. AH-MAZING! It’s so pigmented and blends beautifully on your skin. That hot flash of blue looks incredible against the violet color, and it’s definitely a “must-have” shade for the spring and summer.

 

 

Overall: I genuinely was not expecting to like these Infallible Eyeshadows as much as I did. They are soft, velvety, and saturated with pigment. These last for a very long time on your eyelids, too. I got around 8-10 hours of wear with no creasing or smudging. The shades in this collection are unique and stunning for a drugstore collection, and in my opinion, are must-have’s for the spring and summer!
