TINte Cosmetics is an independent color cosmetic line, most known for their flavored lip colors in vintage slider tins and flavored lip shine glosses. This packaging…I die for it! TINte Cosmetics undoubtedly rules the retro packaging category. The colors, fonts, and shapes of the packaging really makes this palette feel like a product from an older, simplistic time. Of course, purple is my favorite color, so the polka dots on this packaging makes it feel cute and girly. The actual product inside the palette, however, is all business with its’ sophisticated eyeshadow shades, cream eyeliner, blush, two lip glosses, and two brushes.

Both eyeshadows are super velvety smooth and apply beautifully. I love the sophisticated colors of this palette because it is so wearable. Sometimes, you just don’t feel like wearing bright, bold eyeshadow shades, and sometimes it’s simply not appropriate. This palette is perfectly appropriate for a natural look, especially for class, work, or even a job interview.

The waterproof eyeliner in this palette is actually a unique color to my collection. I don’t have a chocolate brown that has a plum/wine/burgundy tone to it. I love that they put a different eyeliner color in this palette other than your run-of-the-mill black or brown. This shade makes blue and green eyes pop like crazy, and it makes brown eyes look brighter. You can easily pop this liner into the crease of your eye and blend out for even more definition. I love that the entire palette is very multi-use.

The lip glosses in this palette are super creamy and moisturizing. Normally when you see lip glosses like this in a palette, you think of those makeup palettes meant for little girls with the sticky, sweet lip glosses. These glosses are anything but sticky, and they have a great consistency to them. I’ve been reaching for these lip colors on a daily basis, even if I’m not using the rest of the palette.

Another thing I love about these glosses is how pigmented they are…a little goes a long way! You can see above how creamy they are after I dipped my lip brush into them a few times. You can definitely tell that TINte Cosmetics strong suit is their lip products!

Ah, the blush in this palette is pure love. I adore the mauve-pink blush in this kit because it has a light shimmer to it…just enough to be flattering to all skin tones. It has a slight gold sheen to it, and when blended out, it gives you the perfect natural flush. Another reason I love this blush is because it can easily be used as a gorgeous eyeshadow shade in this palette.
