The Charmmy Kohl Eyeliner Kit is enclosed in a thin, tin pencil case, adorned with a black, white, and pastel pink Hello Kitty head.

Each eyeliner pencil has the “Hello Kitty” signature on it, along with Hello Kitty’s head.

Bicycle: a shimmering forest green

The eyeliners in this set were very pigmented. I was extremely impressed that this set went beyond just being “cutesy” and actually put down some intense color. The pencils warmed up very quickly to the heat of my skin, making them glide on velvety smooth. These eyeliners are not only full of rich color, but they are long-wearing. I got approximately 8 hours of wear from these eyeliner pencils.

Bottom Line: If you’re a Hello Kitty fan, or you’re just looking for a great variety of travel-size friendly eyeliner pencils, the Charmmy Kohl Eyeliner Kit is a great choice for you.
