When I was invited to take part in an international “bloggers swatch day” from the girls over at piCture pOlish, I was not only honored but excited. The idea that on one particular day, a group of bloggers are going to each swatch a nail polish from their collection is not only brilliant, but really exciting for all beauty blog readers out there. Cackle is a gorgeous pinkish-purple, and when they first sent this shade to me randomly, I thought to myself, “They must know my secret!” My secret, of course, is that I love anything and everything purple, so they hit this one out of the park.
