The number of times I find myself staring at the lip balm section in the drugstore, wishing there was a lip balm that was tinted enough to actually show up on my lips and look gorgeous, is one too many. Many of the lip balms out there claim to be tinted, or carry color, but just end up being sticky, goopy, and almost colorless. Palladio Herbal Tinted Lip Balm is a favorite of mine now, after randomly purchasing it at my Sally Beauty Supply store.
