I am a huge fan of discovering makeup that is unknown, or makeup that is a hidden gem among the big names. Strolling through my CVS yesterday afternoon, I stumbled upon a palette from The Color Workshop, called “Essential Eyes.” The palette holds nine eyeshadow shades in it, and since it was so inexpensive, and hidden in a display, I decided to try it out. Being pleasantly surprised by the pigmentation, I came up with a dramatic blue eye look with hints of purple in it.
