Lookbook: ybf Cosmetics Royalty Collectible Pewter Lipstick, “Princess Pink,” Photographs & Swatches

 

ybf Cosmetics Royalty Collectible Pewter Lipstick in Princess Pink is a lip color housed in an intricately-designed case that is embellished with glistening Swarovski Elements, each replicating the tone of the lipstick you choose. This lipstick has been going everywhere I go lately because it’s just such a gorgeous wearable pink shade. The packaging is by far one of the prettiest I have seen on a lipstick…ever, and this includes all those really expensive luxury brands of lipstick because when it comes down to it, I adore somewhat gritty, edgy looking pieces. The pewter case this lipstick is encased in is exquisitely executed. The design is intricate and ornate, and has gothic touches to it. Since the shade is Princess Pink it contains Swarovski Elements crystals in pink around the designs. I can imagine a powerful monarch whipping this lipstick out and using it as she sits at her vanity getting her corset laced up tight. The packaging is quite heavy for a lipstick, and it feels extremely thick and sturdy. You will get a lot of questions and comments when you pull this lipstick out!

 

 

 

Princess Pink is the ideal mid-toned pink lipstick that will flatter any skin tone. I love that this color is so universally beautiful, and I love that it doesn’t look too frosty or too matte…it’s just right. The color is very buildable and can be applied in layers for a brighter pop of pink or lightly for a really sweet, innocent look.

 

 

On the lips, this lipstick feels super hydrating and smooth. I was extremely pleased with the wear time on this lipstick, also. The lipstick isn’t sticky but the texture feels like it really sinks into your lips and stays there for hours. I was able to get a good six hours of wear on this lipstick!

 

 

 

Overall: Not only is this a universally gorgeous pink lipstick on absolutely everyone, but the color is perfectly buildable. The packaging is stunning and unique, and would make for a perfect gift to make a woman in your life feel extra glamorous and special.
