I’m back with more Milani Cosmetics Color Statement Lipsticks, only today I’ll be showing you all of the Pinks & Corals. I absolutely adore pink and coral lipstick, and you’ll probably find more of these shades than any other in my makeup collection. Different pink shades convey different emotions, from “barely there” to “seriously bright and bold.” This collection has a little bit of everything, so peek inside for another swatch heavy post!
Pink lipstick never goes out of style. It has the ability to convey different looks based on how you’re feeling or how you’ve coordinated your outfit. Pink is such a “broad” shade line that there is something for every single skin tone and mood. The Milani Color Statement Lipstick collection actually boasts some of the most popular pink drugstore lipstick shades ever, including “Rose Hip,” which has a fabulous reputation as being a gorgeous, hot pink. I’ve got swatches of the entire range of pinks & corals today! These are perfect for Valentine’s Day coming up if you are more of a pink lover and like to keep things feminine and sweet.
Pink Frost is a light pastel pink with a very frosty finish. I actually love the finish on this lipstick even though some might find it to be “dated.” I think this would be wonderful layered over another lipstick or even combined with some saccharin sweet pink cheeks and mascara. The end result is very doll-like.
Rose Amour is a nice hot pink fuchsia shade. I mean, you just can’t go wrong with a fiery hot shade of pink like this. It’s very youthful and sexy, and it makes your skin look tan and glowing. I was very impressed with the pigmentation on not just this lipstick, but every lipstick in this collection. With just one swipe, it puts down fantastic, rich color.
Fruit Punch is a peachy-pink shade that has a lightness to it that glows. I absolutely adore this shade. It doesn’t fall too pink or too coral, but right in between, so it is flattering for everyone. It’s moisturizing and opaque, and makes your skin look heavenly.
Hot Pink Rage is a very bright rosy shade of pink. So gorgeous. I love that the finish on this lipstick is matte. It makes it that much more trendy and gorgeous. I will be wearing this shade non-stop!
Flirty Fuchsia is a flaming hot violet infused pink that has little bits of shimmer in it. There is something almost 80’s about this lipstick, and yet I think it is so beautiful and I am so drawn to it. I think it’s a beautiful shade when paired with just mascara, blush, and highlighted cheeks.
Flamingo Pose is basically my favorite lipstick of the moment. I cannot get enough of this color. It is almost salmon colored…between coral and pink, and the opacity is perfect. This is a lip color that will look stunning on everyone, and I can’t wait to wear this when I have a bit more color to my skin in the spring and summer. This is a love, love, LOVE shade.
Rose Hip is one of Milani’s most famous lipsticks. It is a blue-based magenta pink, meaning it will make your teeth look whiter and brighter. It is incredibly bright and rich in color, and it’s wonderful. When traveling, I choose to bring this shade along as my “bright” lipstick shade option all the time. It’s my second favorite of the bunch.
A lot of people compared MAC’s “Candy-Yum Yum” Lipstick to Milani’s “Rose Hip,” so I wanted to show a side-by-side comparison. Candy-Yum Yum is lighter, brighter, and more matte.
In order of the swatches above, I decided to put all of the lipsticks together on my hand so you can see the differences and nuances between each of them.
I love seeing all of them side-by-side for comparison after swatching each of them individually. You can really see how different all of the pink and coral shades look when they’re placed next to each other.
The two lip-liner’s of this collection are: 04 – All Natural, and 05 – Haute Pink.
Again, both of these lip-liner’s were butter soft and applied easily.
Overall: There is a pink or coral lipstick shade for absolutely anyone in this bunch. No matter what your skin tone or makeup preference is, you will find one that you love. I adore that Milani Cosmetics makes really moisturizing, smooth, and pigmented lipsticks for an inexpensive price at the drugstore so that these are accessible to everyone.

There is a good mix there but Flamingo, Hot Pink Rage and Fruit Punch are my favourites on you. These look really moisturising too!

Thank you! I think Flamingo is one of my favorites, too. Such a great coral shade.

Milani lipsticks are pretty wonderful.
They’re cruelty-free, inexpensive, readily available high quality, and come in an impressive array of shades.
What’s not to love?
I want to try Pink Frost dabbed over a deep shade for a “3-D” effect.
I’m also eyeing Rose Hip, Flirty Fuchsia, and maybe a couple of the others.
Oh, heck – just give me ALL of them! 🙂
