As we saw with the “I Got Good Jeans” eyeshadow palette in our last post, this Wet n Wild eyeshadow palette has amazing pigmentation and will hold up nicely on your eyes. This particular trio’s shades are very commonly used to make blue eyes pop, however, these shades will look great on any eye color. For instructions on how to get this look,
I Got Good Jeans is already labeled for tips on where to stick each shade, and with this palette, I used the shades as they were labeled. Almay has a similar eyeshadow palette to enhance blue eyes, with almost exactly the same shades…however, it does not even come close to this palette in pigmentation.
I Got Good Jeans Look Instructions:
- Apply the gold shade over your entire eyelid, including the inner corners of your eye.
- Using your pencil crease brush, swipe the medium blue shade (middle) back and forth into your crease from left to right. Also apply this color to the outer third of your eye.
- Using your fluffy blending brush, blend out this dark blue shade so that there are no harsh lines, and it blends well into the gold.
- Apply the light blue shade to your brow-bone as a highlight.
- Apply your crease color (the medium blue) to your entire lower lash line for a smokey effect.
- Line your upper lash line and lower waterline (both optional) with dark blue eyeliner, curl your lashes, and apply mascara.
The navy blue eyeliner ties in the crease color, and makes the entire look come together. If you are a blue or green eyed babe, you have the added effect of having your eye color look more vibrant with this color palette. You can also use this palette however you wish, using the colors separately, or switching up the color combination. Today, my niece used the medium blue all over her eyelid, and used the gold for her crease and bottom lash line. The effect was beautiful!
Wet n Wild “I Got Good Jeans” Palette retails for $2.99 at Walgreens and Walmart stores nationwide, and is part of their brand new 2011 product line.

I just bought the other palette “Silent Treatment”. I think I have them all now lol. Can you do a tutorial on that palette, please? I love how you make it so easy to follow. 🙂
