My all-time favorite lip plumper in the world is Soap & Glory Sexy Motherpucker. I literally recommend and hand out this lip gloss like candy to my friends and family! I’ve been a fan of this brand and gloss since it was a little known product being sold at Target. Now (thankfully) they are sold at Sephora stores nationwide and have expanded their brand. Their newest product is Sexy Motherpucker Gloss Sticks. These incredible gloss pencils still plump up your lips like the original, but come in three gorgeous colors and a wind-up crayon-like applicator. I’ve got swatches of all three inside,
Soap & Glory has the world’s cheekiest packaging ever! The product names are almost always funny pun’s, like Sexy Motherpucker, and they have adorable retro-inspired packaging. I have yet to use a Soap & Glory product that I didn’t love.
Soap & Glory says that these new gloss sticks are “like a push-up bra for your lips,” which of course I think is hilarious and cute at the same time. This product is available in three shades: Fuchsia-ristic, Plum Jam, and Nudist.
Fuchsia-ristic is a bright coral-pink shade. I absolutely love this shade. It has enough color to be noticeable and to give your lips a wash of coral-pink, but it’s not sticky or heavy on the lips at all. These glosses have no tingle to them like the original Sexy Motherpucker Lipgloss. This color will be perfect against glowing, tanned skin for the spring and summer because it just brightens up the entire face. I was very, very impressed at how moisturizing these were, as well. My lips felt dry before swatching these, and once the product was on, it felt like pure lip balm.
Plum JamĀ is a berry-wine shade. Again, this shade gives off a beautiful shine, as well as moisture. I like that these gloss sticks are somewhat sheer, as well, because you can use them like a lip stain or build them up to be more opaque on the lips. When I think of the spring season, I think of lightweight products, and this is a great option so you don’t feel like your makeup is caked on.
Nudist is neutral beige shade. This is perfect for those of you who love really subtle, nude shades on your lips. This one really made my lips look extra plump, like most nude lip colors do. I will enjoy wearing this shade with smokey eye makeup and colorful eye makeup.
Overall: Whether you’re a fan of Soap & Glory’s Sexy Motherpucker Lipgloss, or you are just looking for some gorgeous plumping gloss sticks, these are the perfect option for you. They have semi-sheer, buildable coverage with an incredibly moisturizing, non-tingle formula. The product is not sticky at all, and feels like a lip balm on your lips. These also have a very light, sweet scent to them that is very pleasant.
Soap & Glory Sexy Motherpucker Gloss Sticks are a brand new product and can be purchased at Sephora stores nationwide. You can also browse and purchase these online at Sephora’s website. Each Gloss Stick retails for $16.00 USD. I adore the natural color and shine these give off, and I cannot wait to see what else Soap & Glory releases soon!
