A lovely reader recently let me know that there are actually more lipsticks in the Maybelline 100th Anniversary Collection that is out. You can see my first two lipstick swatches here, and today I have “Coral Cocktail” and “Berry Chic” for you. There is still one more lipstick in the collection that is a dark frosted violet shade, which I passed on simply because I didn’t think I would wear it often. Swatches and my review are inside,
815 – Coral Cocktail is a bright peachy-coral shade. This color is absolutely divine and will work on every skin tone. It’s not too cool or warm toned, so it’ll flatter absolutely everyone. It’s also a fantastic color for the spring and summer when you want to show off your bronzed skin! It was very pigmented and only needed a swipe or two to be very opaque.
820 – Berry Chic is a metallic berry shade with hints of hot pink sparkle in it. I almost passed on this shade because it looked frosty in the tube, but I’m glad I bought it. It translates to a beautiful “wine-stained lips” effect and the frostiness translates to more of a subtle shimmer. This one is a bit less opaque than “Coral Cocktail,” but I actually like that because you can wear it as subtle or as dramatically as you wish.

Maybelline’s 100th Anniversary Limited Edition Lipsticks in “Coral Cocktail” and “Berry Chic” are available at drugstores and mass retailers nationwide. Each lipstick retails for under $10.00USD. I personally found mine in a 100th Anniversary Celebration display at Walgreens. Keep checking your local drugstores if you’re interested in these, because I think they are going to sell out quickly and they are limited edition!
