As the summer comes to a close, and we say goodbye to lazy days at the beach and the pool, many of us have a hard time letting go of summer-wear. Since South Carolina stays very warm through the better part of the fall, I don’t get to enjoy the switch of wardrobe like I did when I lived in New Jersey for most of my life. I still feel that loss, and while autumn is my favorite season, I still try to hang on to the last remnants of summer through cosmetics. New York Color’s “Sun Soaked” Collection for Summer 2010 is still available in many drugstores, and a Beauty Gala reader named this lip gloss from the collection as a “must-have.” The gorgeous coral shade is sheer and juicy on your lips, and leaves you with just a hint of color. To see photographs,
New York Color Kiss Gloss in “Coral Reef” is a sheer, shiny coral colored lip gloss with a squeezable tube for easy, non-messy application. The coral color is noticeable, yet sheer, and the formula on this lip gloss is completely non-sticky. In fact, this formula feels extremely soft and rich on the lips, almost like a thick lip balm. If you are a lip gloss gal, this is a great option for you. It’s sheer enough to be wearable any time of the day or night, and colored enough to give you that hint of youthful coral color.
New York Color Kiss Gloss in “Coral Reef” is part of the limited edition “Sun Soaked” Collection and retails for $2.99. The full collection is available on displays at drugstores nationwide. I found mine at Rite Aid, where there are still bits and pieces left from the collection.
