At last, I have found a customized beauty box that fits all of my needs, sends products that I love entirely, and is customized specifically for me. I have purchased and subscribed to beauty boxes in the past, and they all fell short in my eyes, in some way or another. Wantable.co finally offers a beauty box service that I absolutely adore from top to bottom, with fully curated beauty. Inside, I’ve got swatches of every product I received in my box, as well as an “unboxing” video up above, where I show you every product and talk about my thoughts everything. Psst…these make perfect gifts for the holiday season, too, so you don’t want to miss this!
Wantable.co is a customized beauty box service. Basically, you take a survey which showcases your personal style and preferences, and then from there, you are offered three beauty boxes. You can choose specifically what colors and shades you like and wear the most, and end up with a box that suits your needs specifically. Inside you get between 6-7 full size beauty products, and I can honestly say that I loved each and every single one of the items in my box. I want to take you through a mini-tour of each item with swatches:
Paula Dorf Eye Color Glimmer in “Prism” is the most gorgeous blue-toned lavender eyeshadow. It is soft as a pillow when you touch it, and glides onto your skin. I purposely chose purple for my box, because it’s my favorite color and I tend to wear a lot of purple shades on my eyes. This eyeshadow is stunning. It reminds me of fairy dust! It has a really dreamy look to it, and it would look absolutely gorgeous as an all over color on the eyes, or even on the inner corners to add a pop of light.
Spadaro Perfume was given to me in the form of two different mini-testers. Perfume is one of those hit-or-miss type of products, but I always give mini perfume samples a chance. I will stick this with my other perfume and give it a try one day to see how it lasts on my skin and if it goes well with my body chemistry.
Beauty For Real Lip Pencil should be a staple in every single makeup lover’s beauty collection. This is a universally flattering shade that is considered to be a “true lip tone.” It will work with all lip gloss shades and all skin tones. If you’re going to have just one lip pencil in your collection, it should be a shade like this. I will be getting a ton of use out of this with my red and burgundy lipsticks this holiday season.
Verhoeven Cheek Candy is ideal for the colder months when your skin gets flaky and dry, and you need a creamier product on your cheeks. I have very oily skin, but in the fall and winter, my skin gets dry and needs moisture. This is a stunning nude-mauve shade that looks dewy on the skin. This will go with literally anything you put on your eyes or lips, as well.
MyFace Cosmetics Lil Bling Nail Polish is a chrome-inspired metallic grey nail polish. I love the packaging, and the color is very trendy and edgy right now. This gives me a chance to test out a brand of nail polish I’ve never tried before, as well!
Beauty For Real Lip Gloss is a champagne beige pink color with tons of shimmer in it. Gor-geous. This would be great alone or as a “top coat” to your favorite lipstick to add some glitz. The packaging comes with a mirror on the side, too, so you can apply your lip gloss when you’re out without needing a mirror nearby.
MyFace Cosmetics Slinky Liquid Eyeliner is a liquid metallic liner that is out-of-this-world. It’s hard to choose a favorite from this box, but I think this might be it. It is dark, opaque, and pigmented with one swipe, but it also has the most beautiful fine shimmer in it that makes it glimmer. I was really impressed with the formula, considering a lot of sparkle eyeliners end up being light or not pigmented enough in one swipe.
Overall: I loved every single item in the box, which is definitely one of the main things I look for in a beauty box. The company really tailors each and every single product to your own needs based on the survey you take on the website. These would make fantastic gifts for the women in your life, as well. Who doesn’t love opening up a box of surprise makeup goodies? Wantable.co is definitely my favorite beauty box service I have gotten my hands on.
They have stellar customer service, and they often offer deals, so be sure to “Like” them on Facebook, follow them on Twitter, and sign up on their website. They just recently had a “Buy One, Gift One” deal where you would get a box to gift to someone for free if you purchased a box yourself!
