The New York Color Berry Blooms Collection contains an Individual Eyes Custom Compact palette in “Berry Bloom.” As shown here on Beauty Gala multiple times, these palettes are incredible. They have great pigmentation, and color combinations, and the guide idea’s on the back of the palettes are extremely helpful for beginners and experts alike. To see photographs, swatches, and a preview of a look coming up,
Berry Bloom comes with four eyeshadow shades: a shimmering champagne beige, a violet purple, a berry-pink, and a mulberry wine mauve. This palette also comes with an eyeshadow base and an illuminator on the side, both in cream form. These color combinations are absolutely gorgeous for the upcoming fall season, since jewel tones are hot, hot, hot! I especially enjoyed using the berry pink shade as a crease color, giving my eyes an unexpected pop of color. As always with NYC, these eyeshadows are soft, silky, and rich with color. They don’t slide off your eye, and they look much more high-end than they really are. In fact, whenever I use one of my NYC quad’s for an eye makeup look, I always get shocked looks from those who compliment it when I tell them the eyeshadow is NYC. New York Color is truly a hidden gem!
I have already done a “Berry Bloom” look with this palette, which is coming up next on Beauty Gala. For now, a quick preview to leave you wanting more…
The New York Color Berry Blooms Collection is currently available at drugstores and Ulta stores nationwide, as part of a limited edition Fall 2010 Collection. The “Berry Bloom” palette is under $5, making it a fabulous value as well!

Wal-Mart don’t carry these 🙁 I’ll have to find a CVS or Walgreens for this collection.
