The Autumn season is upon us, bringing us rich, velvety shades of plum, berry, and browns. Wet & Wild “Wine Room” is an extremely budget friendly option for creating luxurious berry lips this Fall. The shade is perfect for a variety of skin tones, providing warmth to most skin tones, with a pop of feminine color. To see more photographs,
Wine Room is a rich mauve berry lipstick with a smooth, creamy formula that glides on to your lips effortlessly. Upon seeing this lipstick on a brand new Wet & Wild display, I knew this would be the perfect shade for the upcoming season. Pair this with a neutral brown eye, and some rosy cheeks, and you are good to go for the Fall.
“Wine Room” has the perfect depth of color, in my opinion, for a berry lipstick. It’s not so bright berry that you feel it overpowers the rest of your makeup, and it has that touch of mauve-brown warmth to it, almost making it a berry-neutral. The formula also felt very smooth on my lips, with no sticky or waxy residue left behind. The wear on this lipstick was decent, as even when the lipstick wore off slightly, the berry color remained on my lips.
Wet & Wild Mega Last Lip Color only retails for $1.99 a pop, so the value is incredible. I am already in full-fledged autumn-mode, so I have been wearing this shade out religiously. Wet & Wild Lipsticks (as well as their other cosmetic products) can be found at your local drugstore, as well as mass retailers, such as Target, Kmart, and Walmart.
